  • Category description
    Data up to year 2015 inclusive refer to only those units that made the statistical reports. Starting of data for January 2016, the method of imputation data was implemented. In case of presenting data relating to occupancy of tourist accommodation establishments when in the area are less than 3 establishments, data are hidden (statistical confidentiality). Number of establishments (and the rooms and beds) concerns those facilities that have made the report and have worked on 31 July. Data on the occupancy of tourist accommodation establishments (tourists, nights spent, rented accommodation) are shown for the entire year.
  • Group description
    Collective tourist accommodation establishments include hotels, motels, boarding houses, other similar establishments, excursion hotels, shelters, youth hostels, youth school hostels, holiday centres, holiday youth centres, training-recreational centres,creative arts centres, public tourist cottages, tent camp sites, campings, overnight accommodation establishments in weekend and holiday recreational, health establishment, (private tourist accommodation until 1999) and other facilities. Data on the rented rooms only apply to hotels, motels, boarding houses and other hotel facilities. In 1999, because of the change of the reporting system KT-1 the files contain data only for January-September.

    As of 31 VII. Starting from data for 2016 in statistics regarding tourist accommodation establishments the methodology of data imputation was introduced for entities obligated to submit a report on KT-1 form, which refused to participate in the survey.
