  • Category description
Half year data. EU funds are implemented through the instruments within the following socio-economic policies of the European Communities: Cohesion Policy (for the strategic document in the Polish National Strategic Reference Framework NSRF), the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and Common Fisheries Policy (CFP ). The Partnership Agreement is a document defining the intervention strategy for European funds under the three EU policies: cohesion policy, common agricultural policy (CAP) and common fisheries policy (CFP) in Poland in 2014-2020. The Partnership Agreement implementation instruments are national operational programs and regional operational programs.
  • Group description
Data presented cumulatively from the National Information System (KSI SIMIK 07-13), for the financial perspective 2007-2013. The owner of KSI SIMIK 07-13 is the Ministry of Investment and Development. Data do not include the European Territorial Cooperation Programs (OP ETC) financed by the EFFR.
  • Subgroup description
National Information System (KSI SIMIK 07-13): Total value of signed agreements for financing after formal verification and of projects ended, co-financed from European Union funds 2007-2013; implemented as part of the National Strategic Reference Framework 2007-2013; level Voivodship - Operational Program. The data refer to projects carried out on the territory of a given territorial unit; they should not be identified solely with projects implemented by local government units. Note: The designed calculation algorithm is based on the implementation places registered in the applications for co-financing and co-financing agreements - it works only with the execution places correctly defined in KSI SIMIK 07-13. Due to the fact that nowhere in the KSI has been designed rigidly assigning specific values to specific places, the data presented in the reports should be treated as approximate, calculated in one way - see below: 1. Voivodships have shares proportionally within the Project: participation Voivodships = the amount of the Project divided by the number of Voivodships 2. Powiats have shares proportionally, but within their Voivodship: share of the powiat = share of the voivodship divided by the number of powiats within a given voivodship 3. Gminas have shares proportionally, but within their powiat: share of the gmina = share of the powiat divided by the number of gminas within a given powiat.
