natural persons | dwellings, which are owned by a natural person (one or more), while this person:
- can be owner of whole real estate, for example individual detached house,
- can have a share in the common real estate, as the owner of dwelling for example located in a block of flats included in a condominium. There are also included dwellings in building of housing co-operatives for which by the law of 15 XII 2000 on housing co-operatives a separate ownership right for the benefit of a natural person (natural persons), exposed in a real-estate register, was established. |
