    Information about tangible fixed capital - the gross value of fixed assets in national economy. Data about investment outlays- financial or tangible outlays, the purpose of which is the creation of new fixed assets, enlargement or modernisation of existing capital asset items. Investment outlays are included in the appropriate sections and divisions of the Classification of Activities: until 1999 - European Classification of Activities, from 2000 - Polish Classification of Activities. Tangible effects obtained as an outcome of investment in water or environment protection and management.

    Current prices. Quarterly data within the scope of investment outlays refer to economic entities keeping accounting ledgers, irrespective of kind of activities, in which the number of employees exceeds 49 persons. The presented division of investment outlays including outlays on new fixed assets and (or) the improvement (enlargement, rebuilding, reconstruction, modernization) of existing capital asset items was compiled according to the principles of the "ESA 1995" recommendations. Investment outlays are divided into outlays on fixed assets and other outlays. Due to electronic data processing technology, in selected cases the grand totals for voivodships due to number rounding, may differ from the figure Poland total.
