In July 2018, about 100000 entities that have lost legal capacity under art. 3 of the Law of 28 November 2014 amending the Law on the National Court Register and certain other laws (Journal of Laws, item 1924) were removed from the REGON register. In relation with the amendments of the legal provisions introduced on 1 December 2014, the manner of feeding the REGON register with the information about entities subject to entry into the National Court Registry, from the data as at 31 December 2014, there is a possibility of occurrence of empty entries in the REGON register, concerning the expected number of employees, address of the seat, predominant kind of activities or ownership type. In relation with the foregoing, the data calculated from the REGON register by the aforementioned information may not sum up into the total number presented in the given sub-group.
