Business enterprises funds: funds received from business enterprises. Budgetary funds: R&D received funds from the budget (Ministry of Science and Higher Education and other ministries and local government units). Abroad funds: R&D received funds from the European Union, international organisations and foreign institutions. Other: own funds and funds received from academic institutions and private non-profit institutions (which are own funds of these institutions).
