From 2023 generalisation of the Labour Force Survey results over the overall population has been carried out with the use of the data on resident population of Poland coming from the balances compiled on the basis of the Population and Housing Census 2021. The presented data for the years 2019-2022 were recalculated in line with the new generalisation basis, therefore they are not fully comparable with previous years.

The group presents data for province capital cities and remaining parts of province (administrative division) or region (statistical division) excluding capital city. Due to the representative character of the survey and the high degree of disaggregation, the estimates are burdened with an error, which may sometimes be relevant for the interpretation of the results, therefore, using the numerical value of the indicator should also take into account the error estimation values.
