Starting with the data for 2015, data on cultural centers was included in the subgroup. Cultural Center - a cultural institution that conducts multidirectional animation activities, consisting of initiating, stimulating and supporting the cultural activity of social groups and local communities, having a permanent cultural program, a team of qualified employees (animators and / or instructors, pedagogues, educators) and appropriate infrastructure (rooms and devices).
